Drink More Water 

It is hard to believe with the healthy lifestyle I lead that I tend to neglect one of the most important sources of "Energy" our body needs. I have never been a fan of water, even as a triathlete I found it challenging to drink water when I wasn't training or racing. The good news is I drink a lot of herbal tea and fruits and vegetables which has certainly helped me.

 

When you look at the cycle of an injury, the very 1st stage of the cycle is dehydration. I am confident that dehydration was one of the contributing factors to my injuries.
