This smoothie will burst your senses while building your bodies defences!!
INGREDIENTS
The Smoothie
1 Cup Raw Almond Milk
1-2 Tbsp Almond Meal (From Raw Almond Milk)
1 Tsp Ground Vanilla Bean
4-5 Fresh Mint Leaves
1 Scoop of Raw Protein Powder
1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries
1 Frozen Banana
Sweetner Optional: Raw Honey, Raw Agave or Maple Syrup
The Topping
Blueberries and Mint Leaf
DIRECTIONS
1. Add almond milk, almond meal, vanilla, mint leaves and protein powder to blender
2. Then add in frozen blueberries and banana
3. Blend for approx 60 secs or until desired consistency
4. Pour into glass and garnish with blueberries and mint leaf.
