This smoothie is a champion for reducing pain and training the brain.
1 Cup Raw Almond Milk
1-2 Tbsp Almond Meal (From Raw Almond Milk)
1 Tsp Ground Vanilla Bean
1 Scoop of Raw Protein Powder
6-7 Frozen Pitted Cherries
1 Frozen Banana
Sweetner Optional: Raw Honey, Raw Agave or Maple Syrup
1-2 Fresh Cherries
1. Add almond milk, almond meal, vanilla and protein powder to blender
2. Then add in frozen cherries and banana
3. Blend for approx 60 secs or until desired consistency
4. Pour into glass and garnish with a couple of fresh cherries
You can always enjoy this smoothie without protein powder
