This smoothie will sooth your mind and body.
INGREDIENTS
The Smoothie
1 Cup Raw Almond Milk
1 Tsp Peppermint Flavour (oil)
3-4 Fresh Mint Leaves
2-3 Tbsp Raw Cacoa Powder
1/2 Tsp Maca Powder
1 Frozen Banana
Sweetner Optional: Raw honey, Raw Agave or Maple Syrup
The Topping
1 Tbsp Cacoa Nibs and Mint Leaf
DIRECTIONS
1. Add liquid, mint leaves and powder to blender, then add in frozen banana
2. Blend for approx 40-60 secs or until desired consistency
3. Pour into a tall glass, top with cacoa nibs and a mint leaf

If you want a colder or thicker smoothie. Add in 4-5 ice cubes or 1/2 a frozen banana
