    This is your all in one smoothie, it is smooth and soothing with a subtle sweetness that keeps your body hydrated and fiber filled.

     

    INGREDIENTS

    The Smoothie

    1 Cup Coconut Water

    2 Small or 1 Medium Flemish Pears 

    1/2 Medium Gala Apple

    1/4 Avocado 

    1 Inch Fresh Ginger, skin removed

     

    The Topping

    Pear and Apple slice

    1/4 Tsp Ground Cinnamon

     

    DIRECTIONS

    1.  Add coconut water then pears, apple, avocado and ginger to blender

     

    2.  Blend for approx 30-60 secs or until desired consistency

     

    3.  Pour into glass and top with pear and apple slice and sprinkle with cinnamon

     

    FBR TIPS

    • If you would like a creamier consistency, add more avocado
