This will smoothie will bring your mind and body a little "sweet" and "heat".
INGREDIENTS
The Smoothie
1 Cup Taste Nirvana Coconut Water with Thai Chili Extract
2-3 Fresh Basil Leaves
1/2 Fresh Lime - juiced
1/2 Inch Fresh Ginger
1 Cup Frozen Mango
1/2 Frozen Banana
Sweetner Optional: Raw Honey, Raw Agave or Maple Syrup
The Topping
Mango Chucks and Basil Leaf
DIRECTIONS
1. Add coconut water, basil, lime, ginger and then frozen mango and banana
2. Blend for approx 60 secs or until desired consistency
3. Pour into a tall glass, add a couple of mango chunks and basil leaf to a toothpick to garnish.
FBR TIPS

Adding fresh ginger will add a little extra heat, if your not a fan of heat then omit ginger.
