This smoothie will keep your mind and body cool, calm and collected.
1 cup Raw Almond Milk
1 Fresh Peach (pitt removed)
1 Tsp Ground Vanilla Bean
1/2 Frozen Banana
1/2 Cup Frozen Raspberries
Sweetner Optional: Coconut Palm Syrup, Raw Honey, Raw Agave
Peach and a Raspberry
1. Add almond milk, vanilla and peach then frozen banana and raspberries to blender
2. Blend for approx 60 secs or until desired consistency
3. Pour into a glass and garnish with a raspberry and a piece of peach
For a super thick smoothie add frozen peaches. Adding in additional another 1/2 a banana can also make it sweeter.
