This smoothie will keep your mind and body "keen" with protein, potassium and minerals.
1 Cup Raw Almond Milk
1 Tsp Lucuma Powder
1 Scoop Raw Vegan Protein Powder
1 Frozen Banana
1/2 - 1 Cup Frozen Peach Slices
Sweetner Optional: Raw Honey, Raw Agave or Maple Syrup
1. Add almond milk, powders and then frozen banana and peaches to blender
2. Blend for approx 60-90 secs or until desired consistency
3. Pour into a glass and garnish with a slice of peach
For a less thick smoothie add a mixture of fresh and frozen peaches.
