Raw Tacos

Unlike regular tacos, these raw tacos are a nutrition powder house of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, protein and omega's



The Filling

1 Cup Sprouted Lentils 

1 Cup Raw Whole Walnuts

1/2 Cup Chopped White Onions

 1-2 Tbsp Chilli Powder

1/4 Tsp Onion Powder

1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder

1/4 Tsp Oregano

1/4 Tsp Crushed Red Chili Flakes

1/2 Tsp Paprika 

1-2 Tsp Ground Cumin

Salt and Pepper to taste


The Topping

1/2 Cup Cilantro, chopped 

2-3 Romaine Lettuce Leaves

1-2 Tomatoes, diced

1 Avocado, diced 



1.  Add all filling ingredients to food processor and blend, scrap down side with spatula if needed


2.  Once blended to desired consistency, transfer pate to bowl and fold in cilantro


3.  F​ill romaine leaves with pate and top with tomatoes and avocado


4.  Wrap lettuce around filling and eat like a taco  - think Mexico!!!



  • If you would like the “pate” a bit chunkier then just blend a little so it is still a bit chunky.  If you would like it more like a pate, then blend until it has a smoothier consistency
