INGREDIENTS
The Soup
2 Cups Roma Tomato, diced
1 Carrot, diced
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1-2 Tbsp Yellow Onion
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Fresh Basil Leaves
1 Cup Raw Unsweetened Almond Milk
Salt and Pepper to taste
The Topping
Fresh Basil Leaves
DIRECTIONS
1. Add diced tomatoes to blender and liquify
2. Add carrot, garlic and onion, blend
3. Add olive oil and fresh basil, blend
4. Add in almond milk, blend
5. Add salt and pepper to taste, blend
6. Pour into soup bowl and garnish with fresh basil
