This sauce will not just comfort your soul. It will fill your body with a powerful punch of nutrients. It is hard to believe that antioxidants, vitamin C and fiber could taste this good.
1 Cup Water
2 Cups Fresh or Frozen Cranberries
1/3 Cup Dried Goji Berries
1 Orange, juiced
1/3 Cup Raw Sugar
1 Tsp Cinnamon, ground
Add water and sugar to pot and bring to boil
Add cranberries and goji berries and reduce to medium heat
When the sauce starts to thicken add in juice from orange and cinnamon
Continue to simmer to sauce is thick
This version is a little tart (which I like), if you want it sweeter add a bit more sugar
It is amazing as a topping for pumpkin pie or on a cracker with raw vegan cheese. So delicious!!!
